Taoiseach Leo Varadkar also spoke to EU Commission president Jean Claude Juncker about the efforts in Strasbourg to find an agreement.

The deal was struck over more than a year of tough negotiations, and covers Britain's financial settlement, expatriate rights, the Irish border and plans for a transition period. Citing officials in May's office, Sky News also reported she would travel to Strasbourg.

A second Commons vote on the PM's Brexit deal will go ahead on Tuesday, ministers have insisted, as Labour said the government was "in chaos".

If the deal is voted down once again, on the following two days the lawmakers are expected to discuss and vote on two amendments.

"It doesn't mean that a public vote has gone, it doesn't mean we won't come to it, but it means Tuesday is about exposing the weakness of the Prime Minister", he said.

"These resolutions will remain in place until the board determines that the ownership and control of the company is no longer such that there is any risk to the airline licences held by the company's subsidiaries pursuant to EU Regulation 1008/2008", Ryanair said.

Breitbart London reported in February that the Eurosceptic populist Sweden Democrats party, set to double their vote share in the May European Parliament (EP) elections, has backed off from supporting a public vote on leaving the EU after observing the way Brussels has treated London.

Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May is seen outside Downing Street in London, Britain, March 11, 2019.

Following the announcement of the deal, DUP MP Jim Shannon said: "Let's just hope tomorrow morning the Emperor's clothes won't reveal something very embarrassing for the prime minister".

"If easyJet's European Union ownership remains below the required level in the weeks prior to a "no-deal" Brexit, the Board stands ready to suspend shareholders' voting rights in respect of a small number of shares, until the ownership reaches the required level, to ensure that easyJet continues to comply with the European Union requirement following Brexit", the carrier said last month. "Benjamin Franklin said of the US Constitution, "I vote for this with all its faults" and I think that's the approach that we need to take on Tuesday, " Hancock told Sky News.

Britain is due to pull out of the European Union in less than three weeks, on March 29, but the government has not been able to win parliamentary approval for its agreement with the bloc on withdrawal terms and future relations.

Without any changes to the deal, she could face another heavy defeat.

That motion for extension is likely to be laid by the government on Thursday, a vote May has promised should her deal fail to pass on Tuesday and if parliament then votes against no deal on Wednesday.

In the face of a cabinet revolt, May has promised that if MPs defeat her plan, they will be able to vote this week on whether to leave the European Union with no deal, or seek a delay.

The exact details of this vote are not yet known, including which way May will instruct her Conservative Party to vote.

For all of the prime minister's weaknesses as a politician - her repetition of talking points has earned her the nickname "the Maybot" - she has proved remarkably durable.
