Chris Brown released without charge after arrest in Paris over rape complaint

She made a decision to report Brown two days after it allegedly happened.

The "Loyal" singer was investigated by police after the woman, 24, alleged in a complaint filed to the 1st arrondisement commisseriat that she was raped by Brown at his hotel between January 15 and 16, according to French outlet Closer.

The 29-year-old was detained on Monday and was still being quizzed by police last night over potential charges of aggravated rape and drug infractions, a judicial official said.

The police are still investigating the case, the French prosecutor's office added. She says once inside his suite, she went to the bathroom, Brown followed her and "catches me by the right arm".

"I wanna make it perfectly clear ... this is false", the post said. "He closed the door ... it lasted 25-30 minutes".

"It's still too hard for me to explain in detail what he did to me, but it was brutal and violent". He was being threatening and aggressive. Brown has been accused of raping a woman in Paris.


Not only Rihanna, a few years back, but Chris then-girlfriend named Karrueche Tran was also granted a restraining order against the Grammy Winner after she accused him of threatening her and also physical abuse. He was menacing and aggressive. She went to the cops 2 days later. "Then it was the same thing with the bodyguard", she said, as she cried.

French prosecutors have told Seven News their investigation is ongoing despite his release.

At the hotel, she says Brown took her into a small room and raped her.

A lawyer for Brown did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone's request for comment.

Brown has been no stranger to the law. He was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats in that incident, and received five years probation and community service.
