Midwife suggests that Meghan Markle's bump reveals the gender of her baby

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been spending much of the time since their May 2018 nuptials on the road, jet-setting everywhere from Fiji to Australia to New Zealand.

A royal moment! Meghan Markle wore her first maternity dress since announcing her pregnancy with Prince Harry, and she slayed like a queen, er, duchess.

In addition, Meghan will become patron of two additional charities: Smart Works, which helps vulnerable women find the skills needed to work, and Mayhew, a grassroots organization active in London and internationally. She plans to visit one of the charities later Thursday, according to Kensington Palace.

Caroline Yates, CEO of Mayhew, said, "We are so excited that HRH The Duchess of Sussex has chosen to be our Patron".

The duchess already has privately visited many charities during her time in the United Kingdom, the palace said.

Marina also revealed what qualities Meghan has that will make her such a great patron for the charity. Meghan on Thursday has become patron of the Smart Works charity that supports unemployed women to return to work.

The Royal soon-to-be parents have been favouring their historic farmhouse retreat in Oxfordshire, with reports confirming they've hosted many A-listers at the country bolthole, including Amal and George Clooney, Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas and Doria Ragland, Meghan's mother.

After becoming a member of the royal family past year in September, Markle released the cookbook Together with women of the Hubb Community Kitchen, a group of displaced Londoners who banded together to cook for their families and neighbors in the aftermath of the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire.

The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) describes itself as the world's first and oldest global university network, which supports the development of higher education across the Commonwealth. "No one bothers them there", the insider said. She held meetings and conducted private meetings with each organisation prior to announcing the patronages and will undertake public visits over the coming weeks.

"Members of the royal family can use their patronages to shape their legacy as members of the royal family", Murphy told ABC News.

The couple are awaiting renovations to be completed on their new home, "Apartment 1" at Kensington Palace - technically a wing of the palace with 21 rooms and adjoining doors to "Apartment 1A" (which belongs to Will and Kate).
