Willian fails to show for Chelsea training amid transfer talk

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri admitted on Friday he was unsure if Courtois, who is yet to feature in pre-season, would return to the club he joined in 2014.

Willian had been on holiday following his worldwide duty with Brazil at the World Cup, but he was due to report back to Chelsea's camp on time with the Blues expecting him to play some part in Wednesday night's friendly against Arsenal.

Thibaut Courtois' agent has called on the Chelsea hierarchy to let the Belgium global move to Real Madrid in the current transfer window.

Willian has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months with Barcelona and Manchester United said to be interested in his signature. A fee of 35 million euros for the Belgium global has been agreed between the two clubs but Madrid face a waiting game to learn if they will be able to complete the deal.

Neither "agent" has any relationship with Willian, and in a message alongside the picture the Chelsea star pledged to take legal action over the letter, which he says contains a forgery of his signature.

"I am looking forward to playing in Wembley, it is my first time".

Courtois is due back at Stamford Bridge after having a break following his impressive showings for Belgium at the World Cup. So I don't know the situation in this moment.

'I'm very happy at Chelsea. It depends especially on him, I think.

Chelsea ramp up their Premier League preperations on Sunday when the FA Cup holders face defending champions Manchester City at Wembley in the Community Shield (3pm).

There has been a huge development in Willian's future as a Chelsea player.
