Delhi: 11 of a family found hanging in Burari

The Delhi Police have rushed a team to the spot. and the investigation is on.

Ten bodies were found hanging and blindfolded, while a 75-year-old woman's body was found on the floor, they said.

Earlier a tweet by news agency ANI confirmed that the 11 members of the family include seven women and four men.

Some of the bodies recovered were found hanging, while some were blindfolded. They have been living in the area for the last two decades.

Police are investigating whether the victims - four men, three women and four girls - died by suicide or were killed, Kumar said, adding that no suicide note was found.

Police suspect the family committed suicide after suffering financial losses in business.

Police official Rajesh Khurana told reporters that all angles were being investigated. "It is an ongoing investigation and we haven't ruled out anything".
